The United States' Food and Drug Administration is expected to announce a comprehensive ban on trans fat shortly. In Taiwan, the Ministry of Health and Welfare says new regulations on nutrition facts labels will go into effect on July 1. Under these regulations, all packaged foods must indicate the trans fat amount.
繼丹麥之後，美國食品藥物管理局FDA最快可能在本週宣布，全面禁止美國食品使用反式­脂肪。國內衛福部也表示，從今年7月1日起，將實施新的營養標示，包裝食品必須標示出­反式脂肪含量，以提供消費者參考。
